Syd's Hair Shop was established in 2001 by three hairstylists. We are located in downtown Chapel Hill / Carborro in the vibrant Midway District. Syd's has won many "BEST OF" awards over the years. We are focused on giving you the best haircut and hair coloring. Syd's uses (mostly) Kevin.Murphy products in our salon. Many other brands are available for sale through our online stores. Syd's uses the following professional hair color brands: Eleven Australia Color, Color.Me by Kevin.Murphy, Eclectic by Framesi, 2001 by Frames and Bold by Framesi. Many of these lines are free from ammonia and other harsh chemicals. We have been making hair fun since 2001.
